Some Main Responsibilities include:
- Scans and logs all invoices for all brand activities, inclusive of scanning and saving to the shared drive.
- Prepare and attain approvals for Advertising and Promotion form and submit to customer service for processing.
- Follow up on Advertising and Promotion products for Sales Representatives, promotions and donations as required.
- Update price matrix form with relevant information on customer codes and special price period.
- Prepare Purchase Order for hospitals and submit to customer service.
- Compile quotations from suppliers for marketing activities
- Prepare quotations to Principals for marketing activities.
- Collect new product information from the Brand Team and complete New Item Form.
- Create and disseminate marketing materials needed for sales, promotions and merchandising team to launch/introduce products in line with road map.
- Assist with the preparation of hampers for promotion and marketing.
- Update Pharmaceutical Department product catalogue of new and discontinued items in a timely manner.
- Management of the Pharma Department Promotional Room. This would include management of samples stock – to update when samples are received, dispatching of samples to staff, FIFO method, monthly stock updates. Management of POP materials.
- Assist with management of In Store Promotion. To include sending of communications and coordinating with pharmacies and promotional team before, during and after the activities.
- Schedule, supervise and assist in coordinating sampling and promotional activities as assigned.
- Work closely with the Brand Managers to develop effective promotional strategies, inclusive of setting objectives.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of promotional events, internal and external, as directed.
- Prepare post-event review for promotions or sponsorship activities.
- Source items needed for promotions, which includes uniforms, banners, booths etc.
- Ensure all required products for promotions are billed, collected or delivered to promotions as scheduled.
- Track promotional material and provide inventory update to Brand Managers on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all promotional activities including work conducted by Promoters i.e. event date, venue and time and sales, via Promotions Fact Sheet and pictures/videos from events
- Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company
Qualification, Experience and Requirement:
- Diploma in Marketing / Business Management or related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years similar experience in a Distribution Company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Or relevant combination of training and experience
- A valid Police Certificate of Good Character
- Must have a vehicle in proper working condition
