Marketing Representative

The position of Marketing Representative will support the sales and marketing functions at our Point Lisas branch.

RW Outfitters Limited invites applications for the position of Marketing Representative to support the sales and marketing functions at our Point Lisas branch. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, fostering customer engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid Driver’s Permit.

Accountability

The Marketing Representative reports to the Marketing Coordinator and is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, as well as providing essential administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Provide responsive customer service by addressing product inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
