Role: Marketing Operations Coordinator

Overview of the opportunity:

Join the dynamic Marketing Operations team at JESS, supporting KPMG US under a team extension model. As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update marketing rosters, org charts, and portal content.
• Coordinate onboarding and manage internal communications lists.
• Track engagement in training sessions and support recognition programs.
• Assist with SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations or marketing.
