• Avis & Payless Car Rental: The top-tier vehicle rental providers serving our robust tourism and corporate sectors.
Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Officer to manage the brand presence of our diverse portfolio. You will not be marketing just one product; you will drive three distinct strategies:
1. Retail Marketing for NAPA (driving foot traffic and monthly specials).
2. Sales Lead Generation for Bayview Motors (promoting new inventory and service packages).
3. Tourism Marketing for Avis/Payless (targeting tourists, travel partners, and resorts).
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management & Strategy
• Develop and execute a cohesive marketing calendar for all four major brands (Bayview, NAPA, Avis, Payless).
• Ensure all visual and written communication adheres to the strict brand guidelines required by our international franchisors (e.g., complying with Avis Budget Group and NAPA global standards).
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing offers and campaigns.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for each entity, creating distinct voices for each (e.g., professional/technical for NAPA vs. vacation/lifestyle for Avis).
• Run targeted paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to capture tourists booking rentals before they arrive in TCI.
• Update and maintain company websites, ensuring inventory (cars for sale) and rental fleet availability are accurate.
3. Sales Support & Lead Generation
• Dealership: Design brochures and email campaigns launching new vehicle models to local residents and corporate fleet buyers.
• Rentals: Collaborate with local hotels, villas, and concierge services to establish referral partnerships for Avis and Payless.
• Parts: Design monthly retail flyers and in-store signage for NAPA specials.
4. Events & Community Relations
• Organize promotional events, such as car shows, "Know Your Car" clinics at NAPA, or sponsorship of local community events.
• Act as the brand ambassador at industry mixers and tourism board events.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience. (Experience in Automotive or Tourism/Hospitality industries is a significant plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in:
o Social Media Management Tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
o Basic Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) to create quick flyers/posts.
o Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Strong copywriting ability, excellent negotiation skills for vendor management, and the ability to multitask across different business units.
