Marketing Officer

Carlisle Laboratories Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, and part of the Agostini Ltd. group of companies, is seeking an innovative, driven and experienced individual to join our team as the Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering creative, results-driven marketing campaigns.
• Producing engaging promotional content and materials that strengthen our brand.
• Leading product launches, events, and customer engagement activities.
• Researching market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Tracking campaign performance and reporting on marketing results.
• Managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Travelling locally and regionally to support and execute marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
• Marketing experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Local and overseas travel required. Must own a vehicle and possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, passport, and any required visas.
