Blue Waters Products Limited is seeking a commercially astute Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth and performance of our brand portfolio.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a high-impact leadership role for a marketing professional who thrives in a performance-driven, structured environment and is confident operating at executive level.

Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, the Marketing Manager will lead the integrated commercial planning cycle and drive brand, trade, and innovation strategies that deliver measurable revenue and margin growth.

The job holder will play a critical role in shaping portfolio direction, strengthening in-market execution, and ensuring marketing investment translates into tangible business performance.

  • Lead the 12-month integrated commercial planning process, aligning brand strategy with revenue, margin, and market share objectives.

  • Define portfolio and pricing strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

  • Translate consumer insights, market intelligence, and performance analytics into clear strategic action.

  • Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure marketing initiatives support commercial targets and execution excellence.

  • Establish retail execution standards and channel strategies that strengthen brand visibility and competitiveness.

  • Lead innovation and new product initiatives aligned with consumer trends and business priorities.

  • Develop high-value strategic partnerships that enhance brand equity and market presence.

  • Build and lead a disciplined, accountable, high-performing marketing team.

Measure of Success:

Success in this role will be defined by the Marketing Manager’s ability to deliver measurable revenue and margin growth through disciplined commercial planning, data-driven decision-making, and effective cross-functional execution, while strengthening brand equity, improving in-market performance, and building a high-accountability marketing function aligned to executive expectations.
 
  •  Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
