Accomplished Marketing Manager to lead high-visibility, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end. Drive brand consistency, manage agencies and stakeholders, optimise performance, and report ROI/KPIs. Ideal for a strategic organiser with strong creative governance and delivery discipline.

Marketing Manager

Build the Brand. Orchestrate the Campaigns. Prove the Impact.

A respected organisation is seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to help deliver high-visibility, multi-channel marketing programmes with precision, polish, and measurable performance. This role is ideal for a confident campaign leader who can translate strategy into exceptional execution, aligning creative, partners, and platforms while protecting brand integrity at every touchpoint.

If you’re equally fluent in creative direction and performance reporting, this is your stage.

The Role

You will support senior leadership in the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing initiatives across priority markets. You’ll help shape annual and longer-term marketing plans, guide campaign delivery end-to-end, and ensure every asset, activation, and message remains unmistakably on brand.

What You’ll Lead & Support

  • Integrated Campaign Delivery: Coordinate multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion — with timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance benchmarks clearly defined.
  • Performance Optimisation: Track results, extract insights, refine activity, and contribute to reporting on ROI, KPIs, and budget utilisation.
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold brand standards across markets, partners, agencies, and internal teams — ensuring consistency in tone, design, and positioning.
  • Creative Governance: Shape and refine creative briefs; review and route assets (digital, print, video, social, experiential) to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Partner & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with market partners, vendors, and agencies to support coordinated rollouts, co-operative initiatives, and cross-market promotions.
  • Planning & Resource Alignment: Contribute to annual and multi-year marketing planning, audience targeting, channel recommendations, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Team Coordination: Provide day-to-day guidance to marketing officers and direct creative workflow to keep projects moving smoothly, on time, and on standard.
  • Events & Activations: Support the operational delivery of marketing-led events and activations, acting as a key point of contact when needed.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in marketing/advertising management, project management, and event planning
  • Strong campaign coordination expertise with confidence managing agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
  • Sharp communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation
  • Excellent organisation, judgement, and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building capability
  • Ability to work under pressure while staying composed and solutions-focused
  • High discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with MS Office and digital/e-marketing systems
  • Experience in complex, stakeholder-driven environments is an asset

Why This Opportunity

This is a role for someone who enjoys high standards, fast-moving work, and visible outcomes where brand excellence and performance accountability are equally valued.
