Marketing Manager

Summary of Duties

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our brand presence. You will bridge the gap between complex life sciences and market-winning strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and communicating brand-wise quarterly updates to all stakeholders.

  • Taking full responsibility for the implementation of brand strategies by the marketing team.

  • Organizing the disbursement of promotional materials and leading Brand/Target Audience (TA) initiatives.

  • Planning and executing high-impact launches for new products.

 

Education and Skills

  • Post-Graduation in Pharmacy /Microbiology/Biotechnology or any other life sciences
  • MBA or any post graduate diploma in marketing management will be an added advantage
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical Selling/Marketing 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to formulate & communicate Brand Wise Quarterly Communication to all stake holders
  • Be able responsible for Brand strategy implementation by the team
  • Be able to organize and disburse Promotional Material and organize brand/TA initiatives
  • Experience in planning and executing New Products Launch
  • Be able to work flexible hours
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and operate a reliable motor vehicle
