Tortola Auto Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support our business growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement
Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and promotions
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and market trends
Plan and manage vehicle launches, special events, and promotional campaigns
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand positioning
Oversee content creation, advertising efforts, and campaign performance analytics
Support inventory planning and vehicle ordering through market research and forecasting
Work closely with brokers and operations to ensure vehicle availability and promotional readiness
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and customer engagement
Ensure all marketing efforts comply with company policies and industry regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and strategic partners
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role; automotive industry experience is a plus
Demonstrated success in social media marketing, digital campaigns, and event promotion
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
Goal-oriented and proactive with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Valid driver’s license required
