Summary of Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing programs from proposal to post-analysis, measuring impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention.
• Train sales teams before promotions, assist with deal finalization, and ensure every customer touchpoint converts.
• Forecast sales trends, analyze competitor data, and prepare monthly reports on market standing using statistical software.
• Manage all websites, social media platforms, and digital assets. Report on hit-rate, answer-rate, and Social Media ROI.
• Ensure "on-hold" messages, computer wallpapers, TV screens, and showroom displays feature current promotions.
• Source loop tapes, edit recordings, and keep the lounge area stocked with promotional booklets.
• Track promotional budgets, claim supplier payments, and ensure all printed matter meets group standards

 The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within automotive or retail.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to turn consumer data into a winning strategy.
• Proficient knowledge of social media management, website CMS, and reporting on ROI.
• A keen eye for detail and sound understanding of the Caribbean community dynamics and media houses across the region.
