Marketing Executive responsibilities include creating, tracking and analyzing of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

 

Job Summary

Marketing Executive responsibilities include creating, tracking and analyzing of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design integrated marketing plans (digital, print, events) to promote vehicle launches, promotions, and after-sales services.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for campaigns targeting B2C and B2B audiences 
  • Lead social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Track KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels (website, showrooms, ads, social media).
  • Develop compelling content (videos, blogs, brochures) highlighting vehicle features, offers, and company values.
  • Research automotive trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Monitor Jamaican and Caribbean market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Organize auto shows, test-drive events, and community activations.
  • Collaborate with dealerships, media, and influencers to amplify reach
  •  Generate leads through targeted campaigns and provide sales teams with marketing collateral.
  • Track campaign performance against sales objectives.

 

General Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

 

 

Skills and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, international marketing & Branding or similar.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
  • At least five years' experience as a marketing manager.
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Google ads etc
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
