The incumbent will assist the Marketing Manager in planning and supervising the marketing operations to achieve business objectives. Build, implement and manage marketing strategies for assigned brands across various marketing channels.

The Stewart's Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic, results oriented and experienced candidate to fill the post of:
                 
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
 
The key duties of this position will include:
  • Developing and implementing brand marketing plans with SMART objectives across various channels and segments.
  • Coordinating marketing, advertising and promotional activities for assigned brands with the objective of ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Planning and executing events and negotiating with relevant service providers in consultation with the Group Marketing Manager. 
  • Performing analysis of market potential and utilization. 
  • Assisting with the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting with reference to pricing, presentation and promotion. 
  • Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographic, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Analyzing and evaluating industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Making recommendations for new marketing/advertising/promotional activities based on the data collected from marketing research and analysis.
  • Evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls and questionnaires. 

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • 4-5 years of strategic marketing experience
  • Experience with brand marketing, digital marketing and social media marketing with associated analytical skills
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities.
  • Good time management skills – ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
  • Innovative, forward-thinking and willing to work enthusiastically to take on many responsibilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible – responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Actively listens and participates within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in automotive marketing
  • Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising brand campaigns that delight, engage, inform, and motivate. 
  • Possession of a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver’s license.

 WORKING ENVIRONMENT

May be required to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends from time to time.

Will be required to work in office environments, at customer events and in the general public environment
