The contracting division, PROHVAC, offers professional services in HVAC Design, Installation, and Maintenance . 

We are seeking a savvy, results-driven Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute strategies that grow brand awareness, drive demand, and increase sales across all channels.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow awareness of Aleabra, its products, and services
• Design and execute innovative promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Lead and manage all Digital marketing (social media, paid ads, email campaigns, website content)
• Execute Traditional marketing (radio, print, outdoor, events, promotions, pop booths, etc)
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and brand voice across platforms
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives
• Analyze campaign performance, customer data, and market trends to optimize results
• Manage external vendors, agencies, designers, and printers as required
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints
• Island wide travel to execute above

Qualifications

• Communication and Public Relations skills
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Experience in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events
• Demonstrated success in running promotional campaigns and increasing sales
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising
• Strong communication, copy writing, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
