CORE FUNCTION

 

The Marketing Coordinator assists in designing, implementing, and monitoring a
range of online and offline strategies to enhance the company's online and in-
community presence, with the intention of expanding opportunities for increasing
market share and revenue. 
 

REPORTING AND ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Marketing Manager

 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and scheduling for relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments—such as Product Development, Sales, and Public Relations—and external agencies to ensure brand consistency in all online messaging.
  • Collect and analyze customer data, digital interactions, and website visits to generate comprehensive performance reports and insights for campaign improvements.
  • Contribute to the management of all online marketing activities related to traffic acquisition, lead generation, conversions, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, managing website uploads, landing pages, influencer and brand-owned content, partnerships, and community reputation.
  • Support the growth of the company’s social media presence on new and existing platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of engaging written content, including newsletters, blog posts, web pages, and social media updates.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and ensure the achievement of KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and liaise with relevant agencies to analyze consumer reports, ratings, and questionnaires.
  • Enhance web communications for SEO, organic growth, and keyword optimization.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / PERMITS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or Management Studies with a concentration in Marketing.
  • At least two (2) years of related experience in a marketing, communications, or public relations role.
  • Valid Food Handler’s Permit.

REQUIRED SKILLS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and channels.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of web design concepts and web analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Analytical skills for forecasting trends and addressing marketing challenges.
