Join our dynamic team at JESS, where we support KPMG US with high-impact marketing initiatives across borders. We're seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead and support digital marketing efforts, content curation, and podcast production in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders.
• Content & Webpage Management: Curate and maintain accurate, brand-aligned content for Advisory, Tax, and Audit webpages.
• Podcast Production: Partner with subject matter experts to produce and distribute high-quality podcasts, leveraging AI tools for editing and translation.
• Digital Marketing: Drive SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and maintain dashboards for regional initiatives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Navigate a cross-border matrixed environment to ensure cohesive marketing execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing support role.
• Experience in podcast production and use of AI tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
