The ideal candidate will concentrate on promoting the company's products and services to individual consumers, with the main objectives of enhancing brand awareness, attracting new customers and fostering customer loyalty through targeted and effective marketing strategies.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Marketing Associate will oversee branding, public relations, and promotional strategies aimed at both B2C and B2B audiences. This role involves developing and executing campaigns to support sales efforts through digital channels and in-person initiatives, regularly updating user personas, and handling administrative tasks to ensure compliance with departmental standards. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, to achieve integrated marketing goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, onboard, and oversee a network of promoters to support marketing and sales goals.
  • Design and implement campaigns aimed at customers across different stages of the sales journey.
  • Partner with the creative team to develop print and digital marketing materials, offering graphic design support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, clients, and suppliers to create opportunities that boost the company's market presence.
  • Oversee the marketing department’s inventory, including procurement, tracking, and organizing promotional items.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events both in-store and at trade shows.
  • Generate reports on campaign outcomes and conduct market research to inform strategies.

 KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any other related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the FMCG or Automotive industry
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Previous experience in lead generation and nurturing
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Experience in event and sponsorship management
  • Proven record of campaign management from conceptualization to closing
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, CANVA, ASANA
