Sagility is currently hiring a talented high-volume contact center Recruiting Manager. The individual in this role will effectively manage the daily recruiting operations required to maintain a solid talent pool and hire the best possible team members. Successful candidates must be experienced in leveraging efficiencies in the use of technologies, workflows, and processes while ensuring consistent application of standards.

Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business in Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of Supervisory Management experience required

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a Senior role in Human Resources Management, including recruiting responsibilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of local laws regarding employment and hiring practices

  • Preferred experience in high-volume, call center recruitment.

  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus but not required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source

  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

  • Partner with the HR Director and the recruiting team to develop and improve sourcing and teamwork and cooperation.

  • Monitor key data, identify potential trends and offer solutions to effectively respond.

  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

  • Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)

  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant

  • Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters

  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics

  • Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers.
