We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Manager to lead the operations of our golf simulator restaurant and bar.

This unique venue combines state-of-the-art golf simulation technology with an upscale dining and bar experience, offering guests a fun and immersive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a passion for sports and entertainment, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and golf simulator areas.
  • Ensure all equipment (golf simulators, POS systems, etc.) is functioning properly and maintained.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for food, beverage, and simulator supplies.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and health/safety compliance.

Staff Management

  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through leadership and team-building.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching as needed.

Guest Experience

  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest issues with professionalism and care.
  • Monitor guest feedback and continuously look for ways to improve service and offerings.
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels.

Sales & Marketing

  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, and social media presence.
  • Help develop loyalty programs, group events, leagues, and corporate outings.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and profitability.

 

Financial Management

  • Track daily sales, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure proper accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue preferred).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with POS systems, basic financial reporting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
