Job Summary

Develops, strategically implement and actively pursue strategic opportunities for VM Property Services to grow its business lines by cultivating partnerships and commercial relationships within the real estate industry, while identifying new markets for our products or services.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc Degree in Management Studies or equivalent qualification

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of Real Estate Salesman Course or LEVS Degree

MINUMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Property Services or related industry

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience supervising a large team.
  • Functional knowledge of Mortgage Financing
  • Experience with leads management process

Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO to design strategy and set goals for growth, driving performance towards business goals. 
  • Actively support the Strategic planning process 
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of sales & marketing campaigns 
  • Evaluate and improve financial performance by developing and enforcing high performance sales culture. 
  • Lead, motivate and manage sales team to meet or exceed targets and drive revenue growth 
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients by resolving escalated client complaints 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, contractors and partners. 
  • Ensure sales teams work productively and develop professionally and personally. 
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. 
  • Coordinate all Sales communication and ensure that Sales Team Members understand and are equipped to execute on mandates 
  • Monitor the assignment of sales lead from the Tally Dashboard, Group Sales Effectiveness, and other sources.
  • Create and manage comprehensive lead database and status tracking system/tool. 
  • Monitoring market and industry trends to determine business opportunities and challenges. 
  • Analysing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions. 
  • Oversee marketing and communication activities for the SBU. 
  • Coordinate Sales Team Meetings and ensure that action items are distributed in a timely manner 
  • Coordinate on-going training for Sales Agents 
  • Liaise with Group Marketing for the development of marketing strategies, creation of proposal documents, dossiers etc. 
  • Coordinate and create monthly Properties Podcast in collaboration with Group CAC. 
  • Manage and develop content for VMPS Social Media pages. 
  • Develop and manage budgets for real estate properties, monitor financial performance. 
  • Identify and cultivate potential business partnerships with others within the real estate space. 
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs; arrange business meetings with prospective clients. 
  • Writing proposals and business cases for potential clients. 
  • Attend networking events, oftentimes outside of normal office hours. 
  • Perform any other duties, as assigned by the CEO.
