Manager, Operations & Administration

Essential criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree – plus training or certification in finance, business process management/administration, risk, compliance or other related discipline

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in finance, operations (or equivalent)

• Advanced knowledge of operations, compliance & business technology

• Advanced skill & competency in using Microsoft and other business software

• Advanced knowledge and experience in managing business risk & compliance

• Strong leadership skills; ability to lead operations, compliance & administration tasks

 Desirable criteria

• A demonstrated focus on achieving results through a high-performance culture

• Knowledge of changes within the microfinance business environment

• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance within the financial industry

• High level of professionalism; self-motivated and able to motivate others

• Ability to work on own initiative as well as to execute instructions received

• Knowledge driven – ability to apply current innovation in business to the job
