Core Functions
- Develop and implement direct sales strategies to achieve assigned bancassurance sales (life and health) targets.
- Lead the execution of in-branch, online and field sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Guardian Life Limited (GLL) to ensure clear performance goals and KPIs for sales teams and support in monitoring progress.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of group insurance and integrated wealth sales representatives or advisors.
- Build strong relationships with bank branch managers, GLL and staff to drive referral-based group insurance sales.
- Serve as the primary field sales liaison between the insurance agency, GLL and the bank's branch network.
- Ensure the delivery of ongoing training sessions to bank staff and sales agents on wealth and group insurance products and customer engagement techniques.
- Ensure timely reporting on sales performance, market penetration, and conversion ratios.
- Monitor the use of CRM systems and ensure adoption by the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- Master’s degree or postgraduate training is an advantage
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Professional certifications such as LOMA, ALMI, or FLMI (desirable)
