Are you ready to elevate HR into a key strategic, data-driven component of our organization? The Trinidad and Tobago Revenue Authority (TTRA) is seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented professional to drive our HR strategy through data-driven insights. The Manager, Human Resource Reporting and Analytics, plays a pivotal role in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Executive Management. This position is key in managing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to enhance workforce processes, guide talent decisions, and promote a positive employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive HR Performance: Design and implement data analysis strategies that enhance human resource performance in collaboration with senior management.
  • Advanced Analytics: Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to derive insights from HR data, supporting strategic decision-making by interpreting trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, compilation, and management of HR metrics from various sources, including HRMS, payroll, surveys, and employee records, ensuring comprehensive data integration.
  • Policy Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations for policy enhancements to improve organizational culture, employee retention, talent management, and legal compliance.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Design and produce detailed HR analytics reports, dashboards, and presentations, delivering clear insights to support HR strategies and inform senior leadership.
  • Project Management and Compliance: Manage HR analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and implementing best practices for data governance and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline.

Certifications: Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), Project Management or related fields would be an asset.

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in human resource analytics including at least three (3) at a managerial level. Experience in managing human resource management system implementation.

 

Knowledge: Sound business intelligence and data analysis tools, of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to HR data privacy, security, and reporting, and comprehensive HR principles and practices, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
