The Manager, Digital Technology and Innovation is accountable for leading the planning and execution of ICT and digital transformation initiatives in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

The Manager, Digital Technology and Innovation is accountable for leading the planning and execution of ICT and digital transformation initiatives in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This includes ensuring timely project delivery, staying current with relevant legislation, policies, and technological trends, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. The incumbent must demonstrate strong focus, innovation, and leadership, and is expected to provide expert strategic guidance on ICT matters to executive management and the Board of Directors. 

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive digital innovation and modernization.
2. Strengthen cybersecurity resilience by implementing and maintaining ICT security policies, protocols, and standards.
3. Enhance data-driven decision-making with analytics and dashboards.
4. Advise leadership on technology strategy and emerging risks.
5. Lead and collaborate across teams to drive innovation, foster accountability, and deliver enhanced service.
6. Champion change management to ensure adoption and cultural alignment
