Management Consultant

The Cayman Islands Government, Portfolio of the Civil Service invites applications for the post of:

Management Consultant

Salary range: CI$87,444 – CI$114,768 per annum

 

The Role:

The Management Consultant is a senior internal advisor responsible for leading and delivering complex public sector reform and business transformation initiatives. This role supports both whole-of-government priorities and entity-specific challenges, enhancing the Cayman Islands Government’s capacity to meet current and future strategic objectives.

 

Person Specification:

The post-holder must have:

  • A Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MSc) in Management, Public Administration, Organisational Development, Business Administration, Strategy, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, organisational transformation, or public sector reform, ideally within a consulting environment, including at least three (3) years in a management-level role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex change, transformation, or improvement initiatives across areas such as strategy, operating model design, process improvement, digital transformation, or organisational change.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive leadership teams, within large and complex organisations.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in data analysis, business case development, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Desirable

  • Relevant professional certifications in Project Management, Change Management, and/or Management or Professional Consulting.
