Maintenance Workers

Grand Decameron in Montego Bay is seeking skilled and experienced maintenance professionals to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our Cornwall and Montego Beach properties.

AC Technicians:

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with AC units
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance

Painters:

- Paint and decorate walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint and coatings according to specifications

Room Technicians:

- Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing doors, and other minor repairs

Electricians:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly

Requirements:

- Relevant trade certification or experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift and handle heavy equipment and materials
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
