Maintenance Worker

Apes Hill Resort Inc., a world premier golf resort and community, is seeking to recruit a highly dynamic and motivated individual to join our Property Maintenance team in the capacity of Maintenance Worker.

The Maintenance Worker will assist in preventative maintenance, energy conservation and the overall upkeep of public and guest-facing areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure proper operation of all equipment including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, water treatment and safety systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and records.
• Foster and maintain positive communication with all associates to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Certificate in Building Maintenance, or related discipline.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
• Sound knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
• Ability to safely operate, maintain and clean carious tools, machines and equipment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
