Maintenance Technician (Onshore/Offshore)/Maintenance Technician (Projects)

Relevant experience for onshore and offshore as applicable; or in an Industrial Environment (e.g. Petrochemical, Port, Terminal, Marine Operations or in similar facilities of similar contracts/projects and complexity.

(BY DISCIPLINE - MECHANICAL, PLANT FITTING, ROTATING, ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENTATION)

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor equipment and systems utilizing diagnostic tools to detect deviations from normal operating conditions and recommend corrective actions.
2. Contribute to the preparation of scopes of work, basic schedules, cost estimates and execution of maintenance activities to achieve operational targets.
3. Review or develop scopes, estimates, schedules, budgetes, procedures and work packages for Maintenance Works.
4. Participate in facilities and infrastructure audits to ensure asset integrity.
5. Provide technical support to field activities in diagnostics and troubleshooting in line with industry standards and best practices in a cost-effective manner.
6. Supervise execution of works and services provided by third-party contractors.
7. Perform all other related job functions as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technician Diploma (as related to discipline) with seven (7) years relevant experience for onshore and offshore as applicable.

• A suitable combination of qualifications and at least ten (10) years relevant experience in an Industrial Environment (e.g. Petrochemical, Port, Terminal, Marine Operations or in similar facilities of similar contracts/projects and complexity will be considered.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
• Demonstrated experience of electrical and instrumentation (as related discipline).
• Demonstrated experience of pumps and plant fitting-piping and structures (as related discipline).
• Demonstrated experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
