Job summary To install, maintain and repair the Company's equipment, facilities and utilities assets in accordance with established standards. specifications and procedures to ensure reliability and uptime.
Carry out maintenance checks, inspections, repairs and installations on mechanical and electrical plant, utilities and facilities assets in accordance with the requirements of the approved maintenance schedule and standards
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical plant and equipment problems in accordance with established standards, specifications and procedures.
Install and test mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.
Adhere to Spare Part Inventory Management and Procurement procedures for requesting spares and materials Participate in the design and modification of plant and equipment for the company's operations.
Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis.
Carry out basic welding and fabricating functions as required to achieve maintenance work
targets.
Complete maintenance records and reports in accordance with approved Departmental procedures and practices
Manufacture replacement parts and accessories as required in accordance with approved workshop practices, procedures, standards and specifications.
Assist in the development of Production Team to ensure maximum equipment reliability Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Adhere to all HSE and Food Safety policies and procedures

MET, EEET or MIC Technician's Diploma or higher
Two (2) years working experience in a maintenance environment in a manufacturing industry will be an asset
Willingness to rotate in a three (3) eight-hour shift system Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
