Maintenance Officer

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinates the assignment of the maintenance technicians.
• Coordinates the scheduling of preventative and breakdown maintenance
• using the appropriate management system.
• Manages filing system.
• Prepares purchase orders for approval.
• Assists with sourcing & acquisition of spare parts, equipment and material.
• Liaises with Region Managers and Restaurant Leaders in disseminating and
• gathering information for repairs and maintenance of machinery,
• equipment, fixtures and fittings.
• Communicates with other company departments regarding maintenance
• and other operational issues.
• Establishes and maintains the system to record the movement of
• documents from and within the Department to authorized persons.
• Manages outgoing and in-coming work order log.

Qualification/Experience

• Tertiary Education/Minimum Diploma
• At least two years’ experience working in a similar capacity
• Experience in a Maintenance or Repairs environment will be a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
