Maintenance Manager

Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline. • Minimum 7–10 years' experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and support plant performance through effective maintenance strategies and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all maintenance activities across the facility.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and spare parts control.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams as well as Coordinate maintenance projects, shutdowns, and contractor activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Perform any other duties, projects, or responsibilities reasonably assigned by Management that are consistent with the scope, level, and intent of the Maintenance Manager role.  

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years' experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience utilizing CMMS systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
