Wisynco Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining and submitting quotes and invoices for servicing and spare parts. The role also requires the preparation and submission of accurate daily fleet availability reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source spare parts and obtain quotes in a timely manner.
  • Submit parts and maintenance quotes to facilitate purchase requisitions.
  • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to prevent stockouts.
  • Review spare parts usage and adjust reorder levels as needed.
  • Reorder parts for Wisynco-owned trucks.
  • Work closely with Stores personnel to monitor stock levels and adjust reorder quantities.
  • Monitor truck service intervals and update hour meter readings.
  • Monitor the GPS tracking system when required.
  • Provide support to drivers as needed.
  • Stay updated on technical and regulatory information relevant to the role.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned within the scope of the job.

Job Specifications / Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level III Certification in Automotive Maintenance, preferably in Motor Vehicle Repairs from JAGAS.
  • At least two (2) years of industry experience coordinating equipment maintenance.
  • Supervisory experience would be an asset.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
