Machine Operator/Technician

• To set up a machine to start a production cycle
• To operate machinery  including, feeding machines with raw materials, adjusting settings, inspecting parts while adhering to operating standards and safety requirements
• To diagnose problems , repair trouble shoot machinery
• Inspecting output for inconsistency and flaws
• Keep records and maintain activity logs
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Conduct proper shift handovers

Requirements:

• Must be able to work night shifts
• Certification from a recognized institution in mechanical will be an asset
• Working Knowledge of PLC's would be an asset
• Have an understanding or manufacturing machines and tools
