Job Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and proper inventory control. The role supports sales growth while maintaining company standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Leading, coaching, and monitoring staff performance to meet sales and service targets
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and resolving customer concerns professionally
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment as needed
- Overseeing merchandising and ensuring products are properly displayed
- Assisting with cash handling procedures and ensuring accuracy in transactions
- Enforcing company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Preparing reports on sales performance and store activities
- Supporting staff scheduling and shift coordination
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in retail, including supervisory experience
- Experience in an electronics retail environment would be an asset

Job Summary
The Store Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. The role ensures a positive customer experience while maintaining accuracy in sales and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Processing sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock management
- Handling customer queries, returns, and basic complaints professionally
- Supporting cashier duties and ensuring accurate cash handling
- Assisting with receiving and organizing incoming stock
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
