Sales Representatives

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets and objectives through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  3. Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  6. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our reach.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • At least four (4) CSEC subjects, Customer Service Certification.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [1] year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Auto Parts Technician

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate cash and charge sales
  • Garner new customers
  • Generate quotations
  • Assist customers with general queries on price and parts availability
  • Prepare sales reports and manage collections
  • Answer telephones promptly and assist customers with inquiries
  • Source spare parts to complete customer orders
  • Market the organization and new products via telephone and other communication devices
  • Assist in managing and maintaining bulk and major customers
  • Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp and social media platforms
  • Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting the correct parts
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 CSEC passes Grade 1-3
  • Customer service training
  • Auto mechanical training Level 1 and 2
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong technical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
