MSME LOAN OFFICER

The role involves conducting efficient loan underwriting and processing, while ensuring effective management of the loan portfolio.

The incumbent is required to maintain delinquency within industry standards, deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan process,

and uphold strict confidentiality of all customer information in line with company standards.

Responsibilities – Loan Officer

• Promote and sell loan products to MSMEs, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual production targets.
• Drive business development by generating leads, managing the pipeline, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Engage applicants to clearly explain loan terms, risks, benefits, and applicable regulations.
• Assess loan applications by analyzing financial information, including credit history, debt-to-income ratio, and appraisals, to support approval recommendations.
• Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed, submitted, and maintained in electronic records.
• Represent the organization at community events and conduct outreach seminars.
• Stay informed on lending regulations, market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities.
