MIXOLOGIST AND/OR HEAD BARTENDER

St Lucia – Caribbean

SUMMARY

  • Work experience as a Bartender or in a similar senior-level position in the Food & Beverage department is required; experience as a Mixologist is preferred

  • Proven experience in a similar medium to large restaurant environment

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high standards of service in a luxury setting

  • Certified in Flair Bartending from a reputable institution or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent knowledge of all beverage products, including beer, wine, and spirits

  • Previous experience with POS systems is an asset

  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

  • Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset

  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

  • Understanding of stock control and ability to follow recipes

  • Passion for creating cocktails and learning about wines

  • Caribbean National – preferably, but not limited to, OECS or CARICOM
