MIXOLOGIST AND/OR HEAD BARTENDER
St Lucia – Caribbean
Work experience as a Bartender or in a similar senior-level position in the Food & Beverage department is required; experience as a Mixologist is preferred
Proven experience in a similar medium to large restaurant environment
Demonstrated ability to deliver high standards of service in a luxury setting
Certified in Flair Bartending from a reputable institution or equivalent work experience
Excellent knowledge of all beverage products, including beer, wine, and spirits
Previous experience with POS systems is an asset
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Understanding of stock control and ability to follow recipes
Passion for creating cocktails and learning about wines
Caribbean National – preferably, but not limited to, OECS or CARICOM
