Job Requirements:

 - Ability to multitask (i.e., speaking, listening, entering, and documenting information simultaneously while managing the pace of the call and maintaining focus on the customer).  
 - Ability to comprehend information quickly and educate customers with clear and concise delivery.   
 - Strong oral and written communication skills. (Fluency, Inflection, Coherence).   
 - Great attitude and passion to assist customers.  
 - Strong work ethic (i.e., good attendance, team player, passionate about meeting performance expectations).  
 - Ability to demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations.  
 - Adapts well to constant change.  
 - Capable to work in a structured work environment including adhering to scheduled breaks/lunch times.
 - Flexibility/adaptability.

We require that you have:
- Minimum High School Diploma and related work experience.
 - Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience (not limited to BPO).
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Good customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
 - Great problem-solving skills.
 - Great listening and conversational skills.
 - Detail Orientated..
 - Flexibility to work any shift within a 24-hour period, including day and/or night hours & weekends including holidays. 
 - Valid Government ID, NIS, T.R.N
 - Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy.
 - Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 
 - Ability to work with difficult customers in difficult situations,
 - Solid customer service attitude, self-motivation, and critical-thinking ability,
 - Comfortable working independently or in a team,
 - Ability to maintain confidential information,
 - Empathetic Skills,
 - Strong time management and organizational skills,
 
Must reside in Western Jamaica to be considered.
