MARKETING OFFICER

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to support the growth and visibility of all our Brands, while contributing to company-wide marketing initiatives across our retail and other business segments. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and supporting promotional events and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s corporate image and drive wholesale growth.
  • Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and active engagement.
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives across wholesale and retail channels.
  • Assist with planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including digital content and promotional communications.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Support budget preparation and tracking for marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in marketing,
  • Digital marketing and social media experience is a plus  

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong People management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High energy, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
