MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager leads and executes the company’s marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. This role oversees promotions, advertising, digital marketing, and branding, while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies to ensure effective, consistent campaigns.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, sales growth, and brand positioning.

Oversee all marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and traditional media, ensuring brand consistency in messaging and materials.

Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional activities providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, email, and content strategies while working with external partners to maximize online engagement.

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategies and refine campaigns.

Manage the marketing budget, departmental expenses, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.

Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for deliverables such as printing, photography, events, and branded merchandise.

Track OKRs and leverage analytics tools to measure marketing and promotional performance, reporting insights regularly to senior leadership.

Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align initiatives and strengthen company objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance while maintaining strong external partnerships.

 

MARKETING MANAGER

 

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in retail, FMCG, or a similar industry is preferred.
