MANAGER OF RETAIL OPERATIONS

ARC Manufacturing Limited, one of Jamaica’s leading manufacturers and distributors of building materials, is seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of:

MANAGER OF RETAIL OPERATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Improve Warehouse Operations: Develop and implement effective strategies and policies to enhance warehouse processes.

Improve customer turn-around time: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction by improving the turnaround time for customer orders.

Focus on Quality: Ensure that all products and services meet quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Reduce Product Damage: Develop and implement measures to minimize damage to products during handling and storage.  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES:

-        B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field. 

-        Proven ability to lead teams.

-        Excellent interpersonal skills. 

-        Demonstrated experience in Logistics Management and Warehouse Operation. 

-        Track record of successful management within warehouse and distribution environments. 

-        Capacity to plan effectively and adapt to unexpected changes. 

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
