MANAGER OF RESTAURANT & EVENTS
The Manager of Restaurant & Events plays a significant role in helping Jumby Bay Island Resort fulfill its purpose and exceed guest expectations by assisting with the management of food and beverage services. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff training and ensuring high standards of service quality, while also taking responsibility and oversight of the all-day dining restaurant, bar and special events. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and coordination to manage both regular operations and unique guest experience such as, but not limited to, the all-day dining outlet's special events. This position also supports the team in delivering world-class service while maintaining profitability and a memorable guest experience.
