The Manager NATPET will be responsible for managing the NATPET Investments Company Limited operations to ensure availability, reliability, product-quality, profitability in the distribution and sales of LPG.
MANAGER NATPET
Responsibilities include:
Develop and recommend strategic plans, operational plans and budgets for the company’s activities and resources required to develop, grow and sustain the business.
Lead the execution of the company’s Corporate Strategic and Business Plans in pursuit of the achievement of its strategic and operational business objectives in the areas of profit, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Develop compelling, competitive and pragmatic customer value propositions and strategies for the business.
Manage appropriate human, financial, technical, and other resources in pursuit of the company’s goals and objectives.
Manage the on-going operations and development of the Fuelling Facility infrastructure to fulfil the facility’s mandate.
Design and implement sound governance and risk management mechanisms to ensure the integrity and sustainability of the business.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to maximize the overall performance and welfare of the business.
Provide active, inspiring and effective leadership to customers and other key stakeholders.
Stay well informed about the needs, desires, perceptions and the activities of its business partners.
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures in support of proper governance of the company.
Ensure compliance to all regulatory & statutory requirements for the facility.
Direct and manage the staff in accordance with established policies and practices to acquire, develop and retain the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to operate a “best in class” LPG facility.
Direct and manage the development and maintenance of relationships with strategic business partners and stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, utilize and direct the utilization of appropriate and effective management information sources, management practices to achieve operational excellence.

Develop, maintain, and direct the utilization of appropriate health and safety practices to protect the business’ human, financial and physical assets
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
Perform any other duties as required by the job function.
