Supervision and development of maintenance technicians and maintenance worker.
Play Leading role in ensuring targeted uptime and efficiency levels are persistently achieved for production plants and key machinery, equipment and apparatuses.
Review, scout, scope and allocate work order request and provide post work audit and follow-up for completeness and reliability.
Play leading role ensuring PM program is adhered to and that checks remain relevant and applicable to machinery & equipment.
Lead process ensuring close-out rate for work orders and PM schedule are persistently high
Develop and/or review maintenance procedures and protocols ensuring agility, effectiveness and relevance to the company’s operations and objectives.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers in execution of works
Participate in development, implementation and management of preventative and corrective maintenance programs
Coordinate personnel and monitor / supervise works for efficiency, accuracy and completeness
Participate in equipment and process improvement initiatives to mitigate
downtime and improve reliability
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in maintenance industry, particularly applicable to the company’s operations.
Ensure persistent compliance to safety procedures
Evaluate performance of assigned staff, developing and implementing training plan to bring about improvement
Qualification, Competence, Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / industrial Engineering or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong technical, analytical knowledge in mechanical, electrical and industrial systems.
Experience and exposure to maintenance management software
Effective change agent with proven leadership and supervisory skills
Flexibility in working hours and days
Able to read and interpret technical drawings (Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc)
