Lottery Draw Coordinator

Responsible for coordination of the pre and post draw processes utilized for the NLCB’s online games live television draws.

OVERALL OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE

Responsible for coordination of the pre and post draw processes utilized for the NLCB’s online games live television draws.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with the National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB) Presiding Officer to ensure that the integrity of the National Lottery Online Draw is always maintained through adherence with draw procedures.
• Liaise closely with the Presiding Officer of the NLCB regarding the development and documentation of draw procedures.
• Primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in conducting, production and broadcasting the draw
• Liaise with NLCB, production house, Independent Draw Auditors and Draw Presenters to make sure they are in place for all draws.
• Supply the Presiding Officer, Draw Integrity Officer and Draw Auditor with the necessary forms - draw logs, test draw sheets, winning number sheets, draw incident reports, draw auditor certificates and other applicable draw forms.
• Support with preparation of the monthly Draw Presenter roster.
• Confirm the attendance and punctuality of the Draw Auditor and Draw Presenters and liaise with relevant support in instances that primary stakeholders are delayed or unavailable to ensure execution of the draw as scheduled.
• Liaise with all stakeholders - Presiding Officer, Draw Integrity Officer, Draw Auditor, Draw Presenter and production house Director to ensure preparations are complete and ready for timely execution of the pre and live draws.
• Ensures that the Draw Presenter script is accurate prior to each draw.
• Support with auditing and confirmation of the Draw Presenters’ hours worked and invoice submitted for payment.
• On instructions from the NLCB, coordinate with Smartplay Inc for scheduling preventative maintenance of the draw machines.
• Assist with set design recommendations.
• Supervision of Draw Presenters.
• Ensure that all documents regarding the draw are securely filed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• Minimum qualifications:
• A Diploma in Business Administration

A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position
