Loss Prevention Officer
Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property. The Loss Prevention Officer helps prevent theft, monitors surveillance systems, and responds to incidents in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity
Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems
Investigate incidents, accidents, or suspicious behavior
Enforce hotel security and safety policies
Respond to guest and staff safety concerns
Complete detailed reports on daily activities and incidents
Coordinate with local authorities when necessary
Support emergency response procedures (e.g., fire alarms, evacuations)
Previous experience in security or loss prevention (hospitality experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Vaild PSRA License
