We are looking for a Logistics and Technical Service Manager to lead the Logistics and Technical Services function.

Duties and Responsibilities

WAREHOUSE

  • Management, preparation and submission of all reports assigned including performance reports, Contractor invoices and Staff Container/Overtime
  • Ensure compliance and enforcement of all health, safety and security measures in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  •  Manage and Support the Stock Management Process and ensure they are adhered to for all Warehouse operations and locations
  • Actively manage the Inbound and Outbound Processes at all Warehouse locations
  •  Manage, review and conduct daily/weekly spot checks on Customer Pick Up, Same Day Deliveries, Labelling, Rack Organization, Schedules, Vehicles and replacing of plugs with a view to continuously improve the process 
  •  To develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of COSACS computer system in relation to warehouse procedures.
TECHNICAL SERVICES
  • Lead Technical Services Department; ensuring standards are maintained regarding quality of repairs and turn-around time in keeping with the Company’s customer service proposition.
  • Supervise product recalls and reworks in line with company procedures
  • Conduct performance analysis to address weaknesses or underperformance
  • Identify opportunities and solutions through process improvement to improve productivity and cost control Implement Operation Safety Policy and ensure work done in-house and in the field is in compliance with all Health and Safety standards
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION
 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
EXPERIENCE
At least three (3) years in a Management or Senior Supervisory position
