Unicomer (Barbados) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse teams. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient movement of goods, timely order fulfilment, maintaining stock integrity and fostering a safe and productive work environment.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with warehouse pickers and clerks to ensure timely order fulfilment and accurate vehicle loading.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in annual stock counts and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure stock integrity by enforcing compliance with inventory procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control systems.
• Liaise with transport providers and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Analyse logistics data to identify process improvements.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
• Assist in managing departmental expenses within budget.
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving internal and external queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of best practices in warehouse operations.
• Supervise logistics staff, contractors and daily operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment and housekeeping practices in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
