We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to lead, design, optimize, and scale our distribution network. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with deep expertise in warehouse design, end-to-end operations, and delivery scheduling. This role requires someone who can assess existing systems, identify gaps, and implement practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
Lead the infrastructure design, setup, and operational readiness of the distribution center and warehousing operations.
Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement.
Collaborate on systems integration to optimize inventory flow, labor management, and dispatch processes.
Streamline supply movement from inbound logistics through final-mile delivery scheduling, ensuring timely and cost-effective inventory control.
Conduct ongoing reviews of the logistics network to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and recommend effective purchasing and delivery strategies.
Extensive experience in warehouse design, setup, and large-scale distribution operations.
Proven track record of successfully leading distribution center operations.
Strong expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable logistics systems.
Demonstrated ability to assess, design, and implement practical operational enhancements.
Results-driven leadership style with a confident, hands-on approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field, with professional certifications in process excellence preferred.
