Logistics Executive

Summary of Duties

As a Logistics Executive, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining well-defined records of stock, including batch details and the separation of live versus expired inventory.

  • Operating SAP systems to coordinate logistics across multiple geographies and ensure seamless stock movement.

  • Preparing monthly inventory MIS reports to provide data-driven insights to the management team.

  • Sourcing materials from desired locations based on subsidiary requirements and issuing legal purchase orders in accordance with local norms.

  • Managing the incineration process for expired inventory in coordination with the Responsible Pharmacist and the Ministry of Health (MOH).

  • Managing debit and credit notes as required to maintain accurate financial records.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with minimum 3+ years’ experience in logistic rolle
  • Be able to maintain inventory and report on a month-to-month basis
  • Candidate who is currently working or has experience in handling logistic role in a pharmaceutical
    subsidiary or local pharmaceutical distributor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to operate SAP systems and co-ordinate with multiple geographies
  • Be able to prepare inventory MIS reports monthly
  • Be able to source materials as per the requirements of the subsidiary from desired locations
  • Be able to maintain inventory with well defined records related to batch details also maintain live or
    expired stocks & in case of any expiry of inventory take up the responsibility to co-ordinate
    incineration of the stocks with responsible pharmacist and local MOH.
  • Be able to work flexible hours
  • Should have the experience of the issuance of a legal purchase order as per the local norms and
    manage debit or credit notes as required
