Logistics Coordinator

Adlinc Business Services Limited, an outsourcing company aiming to offer top-tier 24/7/365 dispatch and delivery support to North America, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview

This role will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding payments by managing customer accounts, monitoring aging reports, reconciling transactions, and providing clear, solution-oriented communication to resolve billing issues and maintain positive client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound customer queries.
  
• Confirm all order information ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure accurate data entry and email management.
  
• Assign drivers to orders and clearly communicate availability, ETAs, and service requirements
  
• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers.
  
• Proactively notify customers of any issues or changes with orders.
  
• Monitor and update the dispatch board with order status.
  
• Support drivers in resolving issues.
  
• Maintain clear and detailed notes.
  
• Track driver locations to ensure accurate dispatch coverage and smooth shift transitions.
  
• Monitor local traffic conditions to anticipate delays and adjust dispatch plans as needed.
  
• Provide thorough shift handoff notes.
  
• Communicate calmly, professionally, and solution-oriented with customers.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience with email management.
• Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, preferably in the logistics, courier, or BPO sectors.
• Familiarity with North American business etiquette and cultural nuances.
• Proficient in using computers, CRM software, dispatching software and tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, manage time efficiently, handle high-pressure situations, and make quick decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
